Each piece is uniquely engraved with your personal photo, making it a one-of-a-kind item. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect photo submissions, or errors in personalization details provided by the customer. --- Damaged or Defective Items If your crystal arrives damaged or defective due to manufacturing or shipping issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace your crystal free of charge, or offer a full refund at your request. --- Order Cancellations Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before production begins. Once the engraving process starts, cancellations are no longer possible as the product is made specifically for you. --- Refund Processing If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
